Can you submit evidence of abuse?

About a month ago, i had been playing with this person on fortnite. But then he brought a friend into the party and game, and they were extremely rude. And when i tried to defend myself, both of them were even more rude to me, and told me to die. However,
Yesterday, My Cousin had let me go into their account so i could help them with something, when I saw that the same person who attacked me had been messaging my cousin, harassing her too. Asking “Why do you play with your [Mod Removed-Profanity] cousin?”
And so on. And so i took pictures of the messages as evidence. I just want to know if theres any way I could submit that evidence to xbox?

A couple of bits of advice ...

First, yes you can report any inappropriate Xbox Live messages you receive. On Xbox One, you can report the specific message itself, and Microsoft will review it. After you report the message, block the player and then ignore them going forward.

Now for other things. You should not sign onto an account that you don't own, even if the other person says you can. The Xbox Live Code of Conduct says that you can't sign into it and they can't give you permission to access it, either. What should happen
is they should sign in on their own and you can walk them through it or otherwise describe what needs to occur.

The enforcement team does not accept outside photos or video evidence. As long as you have reported the message, they can see the message themselves.

You are able to report a player on Xbox One by going to the users profile and selecting the option to file a complaint.

personally I advise that you do not attempt to retaliate with any abusive behavior but instead it is submitted as evidence.

Is there any way if i send you evidence privatly you can help me take action? if you feel i have legitimate evidence. Maybe you can send in the proof the person is abusing and scamming people.

If you have video evidence of the cheating then you should get in touch with Rockstar the games developer via their support page on their forums as you can submit video evidence directly to them for review.
