Can you still 100% black ops 2 and all the dlc achievements?

If there are online portions to the game and others are playing online then you should be good. However, if you'd like to double check if there are any known issues with achievements on the game I'd recommend checking sites like https://trueachievements.com or https://xboxachievements.com as most achievements will have posts with people suggesting how to do it or if there are issues with it popping.

So I just beat the ACIV Black Flag Freedom Cry DLC and the secret achievement for completing all missions did not unlock when it shows 100% complete. the 100% synchronicity achievement unlocked. So that achievement is either now glitched or xbox still has
problems with peoples achievements unlocking...

so, if I buy Elite 3 days before Black-Ops 2 comes out, I will get all of the past DLC from MW3 and all of the DLC for Black-Ops 2? Wow...this "in-season" stuff rules. Thanks for the tip, Shermanator92

No, two achievements related to Assassin's Creed Unity DLC (100% synchronization and COOP missions) are still locked on xbox.com and my achievement APP.

Obviously I completed (100%) that DLC

My achievement APP is working now (I unlocked 2 Youtube achievements this morning), unfortunately those AC achievements are still locked and my gamerscore hasn't yet been updated.
