    Hello,

    I have split parents, and have an Xbox at both houses. I'm planning on pre-ordering Destiny 2 today, and I'd prefer to do so digitally. However, I don't know if I'll be able to play it at both houses. I read the help section for this question, and it cleared
    up the fact that I can download it on both consoles once I sign in, but it also said even though I'll have it installed, other people can't play it. Does that refer to other Xbox accounts, or does it mean I won't be able to play it on my own account even though
    I've bought it on a different Xbox?

    Using games on a second xbox

    You can add same profiles onto 2nd xbox also if you buy the games digitally you can play them on both consoles at the same time you can also share Xbox live

    Gameshare and multiple consoles

    You would have to purchase gold and digital games at least twice in order to share them across all 3 consoles. Gold and games can only be shared on the Home console and you can only set one console as your Home at a time. The account with the gold and games
    can sign in and access both on any console they want.

    Hey Stormcaller OP,

    As long as you login with the Account you purchased the Game with you can download and play it on both Consoles.

    Also set the Xbox you use the most as your Home Xbox
    https://support.xbox.com/games/game-setup/my-home-xbox     . On your Home Xbox you can play digital games even if your offline and any other Account on that Console can play your games aswell, without the need of having the account logged in all the time that
    bought the game.

    You can use the same account on two Xbox consoles. You need to log in with the same account on both consoles and then switch between consoles as needed. When you log in to one console, you will automatically be logged out of the other.

    Also some limitations regarding sharing games and resources between consoles. If you have digital games on your account, you can download them on both consoles, but you can only play on one console at a time. And some service subscriptions, like Xbox Game Pass, let you share access to games and features across up to two consoles.

    3 xbox consoles

    Unfortunately it would not be possible to share across all 3 consoles. You can set one of their consoles as your Home in order to share your gold and games there, but you would need to purchase another gold subscription on either one of their accounts or
    another account in order to have gold on the 3rd console. If the games are purchased as discs they can swap them between the consoles, but if they are digitally you would have to buy them again for the 3rd console.
