please be aware that only the store is able to give out another code, the best thing to do first is to try and determine the cause of the problem.

Remeeming errors are usually caused by issues on the account itself. Be sure to check your billing information at http://billing.microsoft.com and http://account.microsoft.com/services for any outstanding amount issues. After that try redeeming the code
on both xbox console and via xbox.com/redeemcode

Also check that account , console and code region match, using different regions van cause issues too.

Nope, no gifting only deleting if you don't want them anymore.

 

That really sucks. I used to like gifting cars once in a while. Also, it sucks that you can't sell your car in game but can now only "delete".
