Can you request games for Xbox Play Anywhere?

I saw this question asked once years ago, but the only response leads to an "idea forum" under the guise of an Xbox link...

My question is bringing games that are supported on both console and pc, and why they aren't already play anywhere

Slay the spire for instance, available on both (and achievements only on the Xbox version based off the game card).

Or bringing other games forward, like darkest dungeon, or even hands of fate... Games that would be good for travel.

Appreciate any thoughts or comments.

The ones that decides is a title is an Xbox play anywhere game are the developers, not Microsoft.

If the developer doesn't release the game as an Xbox play anywhere could be to a different reasons. (For example, economic reasons)

Unfortunately that game, NHL 16, is not a game that can be played on Windows 10. It can only be played on the Xbox One console. It does not appear on the Xbox Play Anywhere List:

You might contact the developer Madruga Works through the official Dawn of Man website to request this to be added to the Play Anywhere group of games, or to request K/M support for the console version. If you would
prefer a PC version of the game, it is currently on Steam.
