Can you remove Xbox on-screen keyboard?

trust me man im having the same issue i constantly have to have my controller turned on and right next to me when i can't just click apart of the screen to get rid of it. it's annoying when using the internet, i use the xbox razer turret and have complained about this issue a few times within the alpha ring ( insider ) program but haven't had any luck ... i send and fought like hell send countless messages to Xbox and Microsoft just trying to get mouse support and even in beta testing the feature nothing has been done about it. i use my Xbox kind of like PC now and do free online typing classes and am trying to learn how to code and i cant do it on my phone , and every few seconds have this darn on screen keyboard pop up ive tried countless ways of trying to disable it nothing works , but the mosr people complain about the feature they should of already been aware that it would be an issue should of already been taken care of . its not like the Xbox desvs don't use the console ... and these days i basically only lay keyboard and mouse games and , dont really look forward to have to switch to controller to play games anymore even with the elite v2 and v1 controllers ..... but hopefully they add being able to remove it soon , cuz its driving me nuts day in and day about 1,000 or more times having to close the damn thing for websites , coding , typing ect... its a huge hindrance

Unfortunately, the console does not have this function to disable the on-screen keyboard. A workaround is to press B on your controller to close the keyboard.

I understand you need help disabling the on screen keyboard. Unfortunately, there is no feature on Xbox that will remove the on screen keyboard. You can only minimize this through the accessibilty settings so it will appear smaller than the usual.

For remote features, you can disable this by downloading the Windows 10 app and go to the app settings to disable the on screen keyboard but that is only through the app.

I meant that when u type using keyboard on xbox edge browser a pop on screen keyboard also appears which blocks the screen i was asking if their was a way to remove that pop up keyboard when using a keyboard

That is just for remote features on the Xbox. Not sure if this still works but you can try holding down the windows key then press escape. See if that removes the on screen keyboard.
