You've got nothing to worry! There is still a way for you to recover your Microsoft account and that is to contact the Microsoft Xbox Support so they can escalate your case to the Account Escalation Team.

We do not have the tools here on our end to recover your account since we are Independent. Advisors.

Will I be able to recover anything that was purchased that was in a hacked account? A minecraft purcahse for example.

If you can recover the hacked account, then yes. Otherwise no since everything is tied to the account that originally purchased it and nothing is transferable between accounts.

Email hacked and also xbox hacked. Sorry to hear that.

All you can do is recover your email account first (and see what else has been compromised), and then recover the xbox account (and any other accounts that were compromised from the stolen email account).
