    Best way is to ask one of your friends who already is in the preview program to invite you. If not having a friend already participating you may move over to the general discussion forums and find new friends and someone to invite you there.

    Anyway you should be aware that an invitation is no guarantee to be accepted by Microsoft to participate. It's just a suggestion to them and we don't know the criteria for acceptance.

    As I said already it's a suggestion to microsoft to have you participating. The criteria who is accepted is not known. So only way is to be patient and to wait if you get a message when the current wave is over and the october update goes public. There is
    no way at all to join an already running wave.
