Can you please reset my main xbox changes xboxsupport?

You can change your home console 5 times every 12 months which is more than enough unless you are trying something dodgy.

If you have reached the limit you will have to wait 12 months until you can change it again.

Support will only change it if you have a new console,which needs to be registered, or if you have had a replacement console due to sending yours off for repair.

Hi, when you say that you changed your email, do you mean that you changed your Windows Live ID? If so here's what the Ambassador FAQ's say:

"If you have no choice but to change your WLID, please Tweet @XboxSupport and our support agents will swoop in to assist.

To change your Gamertag, please log into your Xbox LIVE account and submit the Gamertag change. Once you have changed your Gamertag, please Tweet @XboxSupport and our support agents will swoop in to assist."

@XboxSupport responds pretty quickly and if you have any troubles you can pm the Ambassador support staff through the private Ambassador forums.
