    I received my second suspension today, I don't know why, I can't find out why. Support on Twitter doesn't help.
    I cannot appeal it and have been banned for a week. I have not written any harmful messages to anybody, I have not said anything in voice chat as I don't use VC.
    Just like the last time, I received it after playing Battlefield 2042(first mistake). Is it because I played on the Portal mode?
    I don't cheat, I don't do that [mod removed].

    You people really need to fix your enforcement page. I've seen a couple of posts on here, dating back to 2020!
    How come a company owned by Bill Gates can't fix this simple stuff?
    I'm a paying customer and anybody can just report me and get me banned?
    I don't want to lose my account.
    I have tried to log into 5 different browsers, 5 devices, my laptop, my phone, my brother's phone, my Xbox, and my friend's computer.

    Already tried 4 different browsers and 5 different devices, as stated in my post.
    It's been a known issue since at least 2020, so, it's not temporary.

    Can be a temporary issue with the site

    If you're able to do it, could be good try with a different device, on incognito mode or even using another wifi network

    If you have a VPN service disable it

    Sorry, I'm just another regular member.
    Enforcement page is the only way right now

    How come that y'all never read the part where I can't even log into the enforcement page? The last time, the guy said the same thing.
    I CAN NOT LOG INTO THE ENFORCEMENT PAGE!
    I CAN'T EVEN SEE MY HISTORY!

    Sorry to hear that you has been suspended, sadly as you said the only way to submit a case review is via enforcement page
    Regular Microsoft support and forums doesn't have the ability to view it or discuss it

    Sometimes the enforcement action can take a while to appear in your enforcement history.

    We may need to wait in this case, and remember that sometimes you're not elegible to submit a case review

    But I hope the action appears as soon as possible and you get unbanned soon!
