Can you play a Xbox one live gold game save on the disc version of the game?

I'm not sure what you mean by a live gold game save. If you mean the digital version of a game, then yes, you can use the same game save if you purchase the same game on disc.

Thanks for coming to the forums. If you are asking if a digital save can be used with a disk version. Then yes, it is possible as it only is a save for the game. Licenses are issued to your profile for digital games, and disk games the license is on the
disk.

Yes, because the saved game is saved to your xbox, not the disc.
