Can you not apply money in your microsoft account to live purchases?

I have a money in my microsoft account but when i check out injustice gods among us it doesn't give me the option to add those funds in my account to that purchase,are you not able to do that anymore?

Microsoft points are not transferable between accounts, but if you recently purchased your susbscription, you can call xbox support and have them refund you the money, and from there you can apply the membership to the account you want it to be on.

 

How to Join Xbox LIVE

MachineGiant You are in the same boat as me... you need to call support, have them escalate a ticket. There is a huge thread about the local currency credit issue going on. They are witholding our money, and the XBOX One console will not use the credit.
Its charging cards or paypal full price, and the credit is sitting there. Something about the billing info got split up for a lot of people last week. Their support team hardly knows of it. This is serious though, because they are keeping our money, and
not letting us retrieve or spend it.

 

You can use it though escalating an ticket won't help you as it's a website issue and. Xbox one actually does buy with online credit

As I have an Xbox one free from ms along with some games

It would help if you don't give misinformation

You can use the credit anytime on the console and the console will display th he correct pricing for your account region

What is stated on the first page won't be correct unless you change the region of the page before you goto the search

 

And Xbox one can use ms account credit from the website

 

Sometimes three is a website issue also thats why you look at the xboxive status on your console or on the marketplace on the website

ngocphi you are a bit off and out of line with the problem. There is right now, what is called some people having an " account splintered " issue. Where the Xbox One is not connecting to the proper billing information. It also applies to the webpage.
Its happening to a lot of people, I assume because of legacy microsoft billing accounts. This started last week. Not all xbox one profiles are recognizing that they have local currency ( credit ). I had to have support escalate it as a splintered billing
account, and the only way to fix it, was for them to manually do it on their end. They had to refund all my purchases over the past 2 weeks, revoke the liscenses, change the information... and now it is showing that I have credit again. Hence if someone
knows they have credit, the webpage is showing credit, but it won't let you purchase with said credit, odds are, their account for the xbox one is splintered.

oh. I appologize. Also, for the Ambsyassador up there saying you cannot use local currency via the web page, that is incorrect analysis. Just a heads up there. After they fixed my account, The web page was allowing me to purchase games using any local
currency I had in my account. Before they fixed the splintered account issue that a lot are having, the local currency would not show up at all as being able to be used. Now it is working on both my console and the web page to buy things. At least they
fixed that part of my account. People will never know they have a problem, unless they know they have credit due them, and that its not using it. To add insult to injury, local currency WILL expire. Normally after 12 months. But if you have a gift card
from the Microsoft Store for buying a phone or something, it will expire in 15-30 days. So its very possible you may lose credit owed you. I lost a $10 gift deposit due to it expiring. It said 30 days, but by the time I got the email, I only had 15 days
left to spend it. But it wouldn't take it. They made up for it though.... with credit for microsoft store products, that was seperate from xbox.com purchases. Like a coupon off a phone, or something.

You could always buy from the web store front for th e xbox one except for last week
