Could you verify if you can connect properly if you connect your console directly to your modem.

Make sure your router is up-to-date with the very latest version of firmware. Visit D-link website and make sure you have the very latest version of firmware. Or you can download the Xbox LIVE certified firmware version

Try change the wireless channel on your router manually to 11.

Is there a reason to why you have Open DNS set to your Xbox DNS settings?

In additional to my previous post. Make sure you have the latest firmware for your router. Download the updated firmware from the manufactures website.
