Can you lift ban or give me my money back

I was wondering if I can get my ban lifted or at least give me my money back for all the games I lost. My account was banned while my xbox was broken meaning when i got my new xbox all the games were lost since I couldnt sign in to make the account my home.
I've been a loyal fan for years never been banned for tampering or anything I was hoping to either get the money I have spent on that account or have the ban lifted (also a possible way can be banning the account from communicating permanently so I can at
least put the account as my home). The gamertag is IGotTheHookah and the SR number is 1384009276

No joke. Microsoft can either lift my ban or I'm switching to PlayStation. I won't stay with a company who protects the jerks of the world. They didn't even notify me I was banned. Nor did they give me a reason. I don't talk to anyone except whoever is in
my party, and yet I was reported for "harassment"? Give me a break. Lift ban, or I'm leaving.

Unfortunately, no one in the forums can assist with any Enforcement team actions. Only an Enforcement Team member can do anything. A case review submission on the
Enforcement Team site is the only way to contact them, if the suspension qualifies.

Keep in mind, all users agree to the Terms of Use and Code of Conduct when they create an account/get on Live for the first time.

Per the
Code of Conduct (in the Consequences section): "UPON RECEIVING A PERMANENT SUSPENSION, YOU FORFEIT ALL CONTENT LICENSES, GOLD MEMBERSHIP TIME, AND MICROSOFT ACCOUNT BALANCES ASSOCIATED WITH THE SUSPENDED ACCOUNT."

You would have to try returning the console from where it was purchased for a refund/exchange. It is not possible to have a console ban lifted.

I concur with Smwutches, it is impossible to to get a console ban lifted. Returning it and getting your money back is your only option.

Afraid not.Once a console is permanently banned then that's it,the ban will never be lifted,even if you didn't own the console when the ban was issued.

This is why you need to be extra careful when buying used consoles.

All you can do is return it to the seller & get your money back.
