    Can you help? Pair of Xbox ones don't get on


    I have fibre to my home

    xbox one day one edition runNing at download 45.17 upload 20.16

    just bought a second Xbox for my son & download is 2.13-upload 3.47

    this is side by side running together

    if I unplug the day one & just use the new Xbox down & up still the same

    running through a BT hub 5

    xbox support don't understand & cant fix

    exchanged the 1st Xbox back to Argos & got another one (there advice)

    & still the same

    puliing my hair out

    hopefully I'm being a dummy

    What headset do you guy's and girl's use?

    I had an older pair of Astro A40s that I used on the 360. Boy do they last. I did get a new pair of Astros for Christmas though. The ones with the M80 mixamp and I love it.

    If u pair devices off xbox ones youtube you can watch playlist on xbox one off pc or something

    Probably a silly question, but have your confirmed all your cabling is OK? Swapped network cables between the fast and the slow box for example?

    try going wireless? or checking the router settings? maybe there is some sort of QoS settings causing an issue.

    Bizzare and running out of possibilities - From what you have said

    1. It cant be the Xbox - you have swapped it

    2. It cant be your line, XBox 1 gets great speed

    3. Its not the cabling, you swapped those.

    The only option seems to be your hub. Have you swapped ports?

    For completeness are you able to provide wireless speeds for both xboxes when both XBoxes are connected wirelessly?

    Swapped ports

    & have had both running wireless with similar speeds

    Seems like one Xbox is taking all the juice & the other is getting none

    Saving a paired connection with youtube on Xbox One

    One thing you could check, As I was having the same problem is to,

    sign in to the same google/youtube account on both the xbox one and your pc or tablet before pairing

    then the pairing should stay

    if you don't its only a temp pair
