Can you help me Sign in to my son’s Xbox account?

I cant find an xbox companion app on my PC to sign out of do you mean the phone app? I cannot sign into the xbox with another account. It just keep automatically signing me into my account. I want to sign to xbox with my sons account so he can share my gamepass/games?

So assume im an idiot!

So My son should sign into my daughters xbox, using his account details and set her xbox as his home xbox. Then my daughter should sign into my sons xbox using her account details, and set his xbox as her home xbox. And i should buy the game on my sons
account and they can share?

My next question is , as you only get 5 resets a year of your home account. Does this mean my son will lose access to the games he shares already, that are on my account? So he’d have to switch back to share with me again?

There are 2 ways in which your son can play Modern Warefare as well.

1. If you are signed into your account on the Xbox at THE SAME time as he is signed into his account. If both accounts are signed into the Xbox, then either can play.

2. This is the easier of the two. If you have the Xbox your son plays on set as your Home Xbox, then any account can play the game whether or not you're signed in. Changing your home Xbox can be done in the Xbox settings.

Try the following options below and see if it helps.



1. Check if your son's profile is still associated with the Xbox Live account. You can do this by logging in to the Xbox Live website using the email address and password associated with the account.



2. If the profile is still associated with the account, try signing in to the Xbox console using a different profile and then sign out. After that, try signing in again using your son's profile.



3. If the profile is not associated with the account, you can try recovering the account using the account recovery process on the Xbox Live website.

you can only be signed in on one Xbox at a time, so if your son is using your account at his mother's you won't be able to sign in on your account on your Xbox.

there are 2 options;

1; your son starts his own account and you set his Xbox as your Home Xbox.

2; your son continues to use your account and sets your Xbox as Home for that account and you start a new account.
