Hello, yes the card can still be redeemed. You need to keep the card and contact XBox support over the phone. Yes the phone lines are a long wait but just hang in there. Theyll need that card and will help you with redeeming it.

Do you have Vbucks card or Xbox card ?

You need 16 character VBucks code to redeem it on Epic Games Website.
