We will also help you how to contact our live support channel because they have the tool that can help find the possible correct account.

If we may ask, did you use the your Microsoft account to sign in through different application or browser in your Windows device? If yes, you can look up also to the credential manager. To access credential manager, see: Accessing Credential Manager - Microsoft Support

On the other hand, you can follow these steps to contact our live support channel:

So, let me make sure I understand your issue... you need to switch the e-mail address associated with your gamertag, but in order to do so you need to provide a verification code that is sent to the e-mail on file, correct? But, you no longer have access
to this e-mail? Well, if this is the case you can either A) contact Xbox Support at 1-800-4-MY-XBOX where an agent can help walk you through getting a one-time verification code that will allow them to help you. OR B) You can go to account.live.com/acsr
and fill out this form... it takes about 24 hours to get a response but this will allow you to reset your security information (account e-mail aliases and phone numbers). Once, you have the proper verification measures in place, you can visit

support.xbox.com/.../switch-gamertag-to-different-microsoft-account for more info on how to change the e-mail address associated with your gamertag.

My guess would be that they somehow changed the mail address for my microsoft account, I hope the support can help me out on that, I dont see anything more I can do.

I question the intelligence of others. Yes it would be very simple for him to change his e-mail, if he could get into the original e-mail address. Since he can't login to that one obviously its not as simple as doing all that stuff you just said. Why wouldn't
that be his first attempt? Of course any logical person would go to settings and try and figure that out. But all that does is send you info to the original e-mail address. If you can't get into the original e-mail address then you can't get said info. My
problem is with yahoo I have a yahoo e-mail which works fine on Xbox.com I can sign in and everything fine. The problem is when I try to go to yahoo and sign in it won't let me and when I try to recover password it asks security questions that I thought I
knew but aren't working so yahoo sucks and I think maybe some one hacked my account. The problem now with Microsoft is I'm trying to change my email so I can get important info from Microsoft but they are telling me to check my e-mail so I can get the info
to change it. Why can't you just select change e-mail then they have you enter your current e-mail & password and its changed? Obviously I'm trying to change because the e-mail is no good. So then there is the option to reset security info, but not only does
that take a whole month to go through, I'm not 100% sure what exactly that does since it gives NO details about what you are reseting. Does it cancel my live account does it remove my credit card does it erase everything etc.. Basically I have to just fix
it with yahoo some how. And I have no idea how since yahoo is so dumb. Why do they keep asking security questions? if my account was compromised whomever did mess up my account could have easily changed the security questions. Since they are now completely
random security questions. I just don't know what to do I really want to get into my e-mail just for Microsoft stuff so I would like to change it so I can get important stuff from Microsoft. Please what do I do? Since it doesn't look like Yahoo can help but
I can still use my live ID and password I can even get into my GameStop account. Would I be able to call and verify my e-mail, password, mailing address phone number, birth date, social security!!!! I know all that stuff is right I can verify that the account
is mine I just want to change my e-mail!!! Since I can't get into it on yahoo!! Help !! Like seriously help. Don't just get all frustrated and give me some snide remark like you've been doing that other guy.(yeah I could tell)
