Can you help me figure out why I haven't received a purchase?

I was gifted a game recently and never received the purchase, me and my friend have looked to see what's wrong and can't figure it out, if you know what happened contact me as soon as possible, it's not a region issue, we were on the same internet service when purchased, we bot were here, the purchase was completed, I just never received it.

Either your friend entered your information wrong or he didn't actually purchase it as a gift. They would need to check the transaction at http://account.microsoft.com and it should list the code there if it was purchased as a gift and they can give it to you.

Thank you. I've been jumping through hoops for an hour trying to figure out why it says refunded but I haven't received anything yet. It sends me to Microsoft support number and then I get sent back to the website over and over again

Hi! As mentioned, resetting your internet router by completely unplugging it can help in this case. Besides that, run a speed test on your PC in order to see if it's rather due to your Xbox One or your internet connection.

Hi, it could be an issue with microsoft's servers. these things happen from time to time. You could try restarting your internet equipment, and your xbox, see if that helps. If it doesn't, then waiting until it's downloaded will be your only option.
