Can you help me figure out how to download old warzone on xbox series s

So my series s won't let me download at all I don't even get the option to it just goes straight to cloud play please help me figure this out

Are you sure you did not download the warzone version?

On the other hand, you would not be able to play that game on the series s.
Previously owning a disc game does not grant you a digital copy, which you need to play on the series s

I have the same issue on the Series S.. let me know if you figure it out.
