    Hi! Yes, this may be true.

    Microsoft has been refunded accidentally made or a purchase accidentally made by the system which happened in the past two years. Just check your account or contact your bank if there's a pending refund. Hope this helps.

    Camo dlc question?

    No, just the purchase-able "launch skins" as you call them. Folks have said that you do get the Crimson Omen Lancer skin as a bonus with any DLC skin purchase, but I can't confirm that.

    The Gold skins have their various unlock conditions, and the Flaming skins remain exclusively Beta unlocks. (The Flaming Retro Lancer hasn't been made available yet except accidentally, and that was revoked. It will probably get added later in DLC or during
    an event.)

    So.... i requested a refund from Microsoft and my money is coming back in 4 days i accidentally attempted to buy a game and it charged me on my bank account

    Just one sec let's recap, so you asked for a refund and while waiting for the refund you made yet another "accidental" purchase... I suggest you to read the xbox live terms of service.
