    I was sent the following code via email (code removed for security) which stated it was for Star wars battlefront yet the code is invalid, I have

    spoken to Liana at Xbox Support (reference number: [Mod Removed]) who directed me to you guys for a replacement Can you guys help? :)

    can you guys help.

    Once you're banned you forfeit everything you had on the account. You would have to repurchase the content on the new account.

    can you guys help.

    Smwutches is 100% right on. That is pretty much the point of the ban. If it was just a gametag ban there would really be nothing to risk.
