Can you guys help me out

Hi, I’ve been with you guys for 8 years.

So this past year I got diagnosed with a rare nerve disorder and I’m only 23. I can’t work, can’t really even go outside much. I have the original xbox one. But lately it’s been overheating so much I can’t play. It is literally all I have to do! I’ll lose
my mind if I can’t use it. I have like no money. My family is struggling without me working so replacing is out of the question.

So here’s a shot in a the dark, could you maybe repalce my xbox? I would literally cry if you did. I know you probably won’t. But I have to try because you never know! And xbox has always been so good to their customers. Okay I’ll stop ass kissing.

unless it has changed you have to wait a full year to change it i advice you to be more carefull next time but contact xbox support they will assist you

According to the forum sticky,
forums.xbox.com/.../442533.aspx since you just changed your region, you'll have to wait 90 days to change it again. I am not sure if xbox phone support will be of any help to you in this regard but you can certainly try.

My xbox is out if warranty and the repair would cost money that a disabled does not have.
