Can you get a refund for buying a game?

i bought battlefield hardline with dlc two or three days ago but I go to search and
not 1 single game is found for the dlc is everyone on the ps4? what is the point of having this game listed if there is no one on the dlc and game isnt that old dlc at this point should be free and charge micro transactions

or is it just my copy (digital) doesn't recognize i have paid and i can search but come up with 0 results

its things like this that make you not want to buy games or go with the popular console (i have both... stuck with the x1 but this type of mp barren wasteland is making me think twice and just sticking to ps4

I hear ya, there are some things that could be improved like the challenge that's doesn't respawn all objects. I'm also getting lots of level 1, but there are better drivatar l as you level up. I also think that the map isn't that huge and that there could
have been a "playground spot" like the dock in FH2.

But imo I think this game isn't arcade enough for you. The drift zone require skills to drift (obviously), but also control of your car (not as much as the Motorsports series but still). You'll learn to wave through incoming cars while drifting.

For the ramps jump, many can be done with sports cars. But some ramps require that you use rally suspension, or that you tune your existing spring setup. It is obvious that doing a ramp jump in the outback with your lowered car that has 0 ground clearance
will make you lose control mid-air.

Thst being said, this game is meant to be an arcade version of GM series, and imo less arcadyish than games like NFS, the crew, etc.

For your refund, what said murph is real. Explain them and you may get a refund without problem

Anecdotally, I have heard of people contacting Xbox Support and getting a one-time refund. So if you've never asked before, it's probably worth a chat/call to see if they will do it. Be polite for best results.

 

I didn't even play the game because and again there are 0 (i can take a screen or vid of it) players playing the dlc what a rip-off this is.

 

Sorry to hear it. Although the system does state that there are no refunds for purchases sometimes phone support will help you out. I would recommend giving them a call.
