Can you figure out the date a code I have was redeemed?

I am unfamiliar with "IDeal" but if it is a third party I imagine they would have to send you a code to redeem on the Xbox Store.

When you made the purchase were you supplied a code to enter into the store? Can you detail the process of your purchase and redeem experience to help us figure out a solution for you?

andrew luck code work in 2012 you have to redeem it in 2012 "in game" i can't figure out how to get it in 2013

Have you checked your order history? Being you redeemed a prepaid code on top of a paying subscription is one issue, due to not supposed to be able to do so. So it might of canceled the 1 month and just activated the 3 month, which if that is the case then
the date is right. When you get with support they can help figure that out.

Hey there, Chris! Unfortunately, if the website has been removed, then you will not be able to redeem that code, and we will be unable to assist you with that. Since it was a Lionhead website, and (if I remember right) the code wasn't a 25-character code
that could be redeemed on the console, I suggest
reaching out to Lionhead to figure out if they can help you further. Thanks for understanding!
