    Can you factory reset PDP controller?


    I bought a PDP xbox controller the right stick only moves in two direction no matter where you move the stick I have tried all the troubleshooting nothing it fixing it?

    PDP Xbox afterglow wired controller problem

    the pdp controllers are fully compatible with pc so that would not have broken it, if it fails to detect on xbox then you may want to contact pdp support. you also cannot update the pdp controllers via xbox.

    There is a lot of wired only controllers i personally use the pdp wired controller, it comes with an app that you can change settings for your controller

    If its been working fine until now and you have reset the Xbox and controller then it sounds like a faulty controller. If its brand new from a shop then you could take it back there. PDP might have their own warranty you can have a look into.
