    I have both XBOX One and XBOX 360, I want to purchase LEGO Marvel digital Download.

    If I purchase the XBOX One version, does that give me the ability to DL the 360 version as well?

    Destiny Digital Download for 360 and Free upgrade to Xbox One version.

    I have read on bungie site that if you buy the Xbox 360 Digital Download version you get a free upgrade to the Xbox version. Is this right and can you buy the 360 version of Destiny on the xbox.com website and still get the free upgrade to xbox one destiny.

    I should let you know that if you buy the digital download version of the game on the 360, you can get it on the Xbox One for free.

    No. For some games the publishers will offer a free or discounted upgrade from the 360 version to the One version, but not all games offer that. It also does not work going from the One to the 360.

    Do you have a list of which games if I buy one version, the other version will be free?

    I bought DiabloIII, NBA 2k17 and GTAV on 360 before, and recently I bought a X1X, but none of them are there... I feel so sad, I was expecting I can have the ONE version of them...

    All of the upgrade offers have expired at this point. Since those games are not backwards compatible, you would have to purchase the One versions in order to play on the One.

    just to clarify - buying the Xbox 360 version of a game does not entitle you to a free copy of the Xbox One version of that game unless the developer / publisher has some form of upgrade offer running.

    If the Xbox 360 version of Risk is made available via Backwards Compatibility in the future you will be able to download the Xbox 360 version of the game to your Xbox One free of charge. You would not get the Xbox One version.
