    I want to play with my brother and this is the only way we could play with each other since he moved out, and this was our favorite game growing up.

    7 Days to Die is an Xbox One Game, so yes, you can play with someone else using the cloud if you so wish. Just remember, the person who is playing on the cloud needs an Xbox Game Pass Ultimate subscription to do so.
