Can you claim Discord Nitro with Game Pass Ultimate in Denmark?

No you can’t: do not know about that pc subscribing someone stated before me.

From the site it does tell me it is not working in demnark, but it may be due to mu location (italy)

Yes you can. But it must be on pc and before January 6th. Look under game pass section.
