can you change the home xbox on a perma banned account

hi i had a old account that personally i think was wrongfully acused of but i moved on now all i worry about is a few months before i got perma banned i got a new xbox and didnt know about the home xbox setting so i never turned it on but after i got perma
banned i found out im curious if some how there is a way to make this my home Xbox considering I spent well over 500 bucks on online games and dont want to go back and purchase them again so if there is a way it would be greatly appreciated.

Permanently Suspended/Home Xbox

I'm sorry as once an account got Perma banned, it can no longer be set as a "Home Xbox" no longer.

You where not permanently banned because of one time exploiting of a game glitch, you must have many other suspension before it got lead to a perma banned.

All that can be done now is to learn from the many mistakes you did and move on into a new Xbox and following from now on the rules or move to another game service at your choice.

You can't use a perma banned account as xbox home cause that account lacks online privileges.

Yet you can use a new account and set it as xbox home in that console

well all I care about is getting the games I bought not the home Xbox stuff all i want is to get them back

Once you're banned you forfeit anything you had on the account. There would be no way to get them back.

I game share with my cousin we typically take turns buying games. So now in order to use the games i bought on my perma banned account i need to log in and set it as home xbox so i can get the games. Would me logging in give me another console ban ?

If the account is banned, it would not be possible for you to long into it to change your Home setting.

if your console was set as home before the ban you can download them, if not or you change console thats it, you have forfeit all game licences due to the perma ban, means you have to start over.
