Can you change email address for signing to xbox only?

the only thing you can change is the email address used to sign into a Microsoft Account (Xbox Live Account), this will only change the email address used to sign into the account. (It doesn't transfer the full Xbox Live Account to a different Microsoft
Account)

Changing gamertags, will only result in a different gamertag, it does not change the account or take any save game progress with it.

you can not change the email address that you use to sign up for xbox live . only the contact email you can

you can't really moved an Xbox Live Account to another Microsoft Account.

The only thing you can do is change the primary email address used to sign in to a Microsoft Account.

The only thing you'd really be able to do is change the email address associated with the account or add a new one as an alias. This can come with complications if the email address that the account currently uses is a MS address (Hotmail, outlook) because
removing it will delete the email address itself.
