I have $20 on my microsoft account and i need to know if i can buy 1 Month gold with it. ive already redeemed the code and i need xbox live

The twenty free DLC can be downloaded right away. The code that we get is the one you type directly into XBox Live on the Redeem Code section. (Like the Gears if War 2 map pack). There is no messing around with websites like the US versions.

Well you have the answer right in front of you and when you bought the card

If you read the card dlc games music and movies

Didn't mention anything about membership and says so on the back of the card

Also why in heavens name didnt you buy a prepaid membership card if that's what you are wanted

As per the terms of use subscriptions can only be purchased with a renewable payment option

If you want access to dlc that comes with subscriptions then you must follow the conditions

You can buy an Xbox Live Subscription with your credit card, or buy a code in a phisical store and redeem it

You can redeem it on steam.

You can't redeem a steam code on the xbox/microsoft store platform. You MUST buy it digitally on the microsoft store to use it on xbox live/windows live.

Yes as Colobus said, you can redeem and online code subscription for Xbox Live. You can buy instant online Xbox Live Gold Membership subscription codes on Amazon. (They email you the code right away after purchase). That is, of course, if you are able to
access your gamertag on your Xbox 360 Console.

its not ideal and is not a solution by at least you can get gold on your xbox
