    I was wondering if its possible to appeal bans for the ambassador program. I was banned about 5-6 years ago i believe. I was going to submit a case review, however the suspension was so long ago that it no longer appears in my enforcement history, as it now shows no history of enforcement against my account. I was hoping to participate in the program, but im unable to join now

    You would had tp.have appealed during that year

    It's too late now

    As mentioned its permanent

    Case.reviews are only upto a year

    5.years ago.would 've been the old.forums that's whynits not showing up.now.which wouldn't matter.since you would've.had to.appeal during that year you were suspended

    Disappointment.

    The problem you have is that 24 comm bans are not appealable so you can't overturn it and then rejoin the Ambassador's program. Unfortunately, there is nothing can be done as any Enforcement action results in removal from the program

    Ambassador Status revoked

    A clean enforcement history is a requirement for participation in the ambassador program. You can view your suspension at enforcement.xbox.com however 24hr bans are not eligible for case review.

    The XBLPET is the only option to appeal a suspension or ban.

    You can check your
    Enforcement History     and file an appeal if applicable.
