Can you add the pop player app on xbox

Hello Eriberto, you are refering the Pop Player the British kids video-on-demand service?

(without knowing your exact game) When you add another player or controller you should just be able to add the second player - the xbox will pop up "who are you?" then you can select Guest.

Thank you for your quick feedback. But the problem is the App "Blu-ray Player". The App is not running. The App doesn't start.....the code pops up immediately.

I can install games via disc, but I can not run Video/Audio discs using the app "blu-ray player".

It worked before.

Any others idea? Is there an alternative app available?
