    I know what I did was wrong I'm truly sorry Xbox enforcement team I only have two strikes and I don't want to restart all over please I know what I did was wrong but I won't do it no more I curse at my friend I want cuss no more on the game Ben banned four like 4 months

    Please be aware that neither we nor Microsoft Support Agents can provide details about the violation or modify its consequences. Only the Enforcement Team can make changes regarding such violations. The only way to reach out to them is by submitting an appeal here.

    - Sign in to https://support.xbox.com/en-GB/help/family-onli...

    - Choose an enforcement action to review more info about the cause and effect of the enforcement in the pop-up window.

    - If the enforcement action qualifies for case review, you can select Submit an appeal to receive more info from Xbox Safety.

    - After you've completed the form, select Submit.

    Note: Not all enforcements are eligible for case review. Ineligible enforcements include those with shorter duration periods, content takedowns with no accompanying service suspension, and suspensions that are no longer active.
