    Hello, I’ve signed into my old Xbox account and it states it is banned but no explanation why and nothing in the enforcement history - I have tried requesting a call from Xbox support and always get an error and cannot get through!

    Regarding suspensions, at the moment, the help is limited to the enforcement website.

    Hi, if the enforcement action doesn’t appear, and you were notified about this recently.
    You may need to wait until the enforcement site shows the suspension.

    No there is nothing stating why on my account in the enforcement history as it says there is no suspensions active..

    This account is at least 10 years old so I doubt they recently did this and no contact options this is just poor and frustrating service.
