Only if the adaptor is designed to run high powered devices (eg contains a 13AMP fuse). Most travel adaptors are only good enough to power low powered appliances like shavers and toothbrushes. Fig8 cables are cheaper anyway.

As it says on the back of the console, it supports both voltages. All Xbox consoles since the Xbox One S have had a multi-voltage power supply.

All you need to buy is a local fig8 power cable. You can buy these from almost any electrical store or online.

as India you would just need a plug adapter to use it.
