Can Xbox fix the issue with everyone getting spam messages from randoms please!!

I know these stupid automated messages have been going around forever, but Xbox needs to put a god damn stop to it, its driving me insane that once I log in I get spammed with messages. If it's the damn Xbox app doing it than **** take it down and fix the
god damn thing! Driving me nuts man. Sorry I had to rant because I game on the console, when I log on I don't expect to be getting mass spam asking if I'm a female, do I like having sex and what not, or asking for my number. You guys need to fix this issue
like now. Do your jobsssss

I cant send messages on xbox live

I'm thinking the OP was spamming people with boosting lobbies, clan invites or things like that.. because who messages randoms they play games with? The only messages I got from randoms were spam.

Go to your account, and change your privacy settings. Set your privacy settings to instruct Xbox Live to only accept messages from your friends. It gives you some options, no one, friends only, and everyone. That way Xbox Live will automatically delete any
messages from peeps not on your friends list.

Spam accounts have been going on for years.How exactly to you propose Microsoft prevents them from being created?

Pretty sure if there was a way they would of done it by now & even then these people would find another way.

Smiles has given you the way to stop this if it really is that much of a problem.

Think I've had 3 dodgy accounts follow me in the past couple of weeks & none of them have asked me for sex...feeling left out now :-(

Does not work, tried it multiple times also changed my region. Nothing. If you can get in its very random. I do not suggest spamming to get in either that will only slow down the fix for everyone.
