Can Xbox delete gamescore from modded games?

Somebody somehow got access to my xbox live account, and modded gamerscore on 3 games i had history on. then ironically i got banned by true achievements the next day. I’ve been using TrueAchievments.com for all my achievement needs, sessions and whatnot since i was a kid. Since 2011!!! NEVER have i ever had games modded. I’m just curious, is it possible for xbox to remove those SPECIFIC games from my score without removing my whole gamescore that i’ve earned legitimately? I don’t want modded stuff on my account. i’ve been with xbox for a long time and respect the terms and conditions they enforce. it would kill me to have to make a new account because i’ve an avid gamerscore earner since i was a kid. it helps me with anxiety. but this modded **** that someone really messed my day up with makes my anxiety spike cause i don’t want to be banned on xbox

I am sorry to hear about what happened. This is clearly not the situation I want you to be in. I know how frustrating that must be and I would feel the same way if I were on your situation. Please be advised that Xbox Enforcement actions or suspensions are being handled only by the Xbox Enforcement Team who work offline. Here in community and even Microsoft Support won't be able to assist us regarding Xbox suspensions. As much as we would love to help, we can only do so much about it.

With regard to your gamerscore earned from modded games, I don't think they would be able to alter it.

If you received a ban or suspension for your Xbox profile, please check your options through https://enforcement.xbox.com/ if you could apply for a case review.

Did you delete your account in the System, Storage? There was an option that you also can Delete all your Gamescore/Download and saved Games/other things. I don't know if you can reverse this. But i am afraid you delete your rep/rank/GS from your account.

You get gamescore from achievements, regarless the state of your account. If he doesn't have any gamescore then it's he hasn't complete any. So no he's gamescore won't stay 0 unless he avoid completing any achievements, which can be hard since you get achievements
thus gamescore from pretty much just playing the game
