Can xbox ban banned players for creating a new account?

As long as you stick to the CoC and ToS you will be okay.

If your previous accounts have been permanently banned you are able to create a new account an return. Just remember to follow the Code of Conduct and you will not have any trouble.

I agree you should be able to create a new account ... As long as you follow Xbox term of service and code of conduct ...... Then there should be no reason then why you couldn't have a new account ...

As you say they arealso banned on the forums if their account is banned. For them to post on any forum including "my xbox account was suspended", they need to create a new account, and refer to the banned gamertag in their post.

so in this case, their gamertags are not banned, because they can use their gamertags here.

well if a player has been banned perm then there are no rules about creating a brand new account and starting over as the punishment is they are unable to redownload previously bought games if they get deleted, they also lose all gold and any money in their digital wallet and all their progress is gone. and sometimes if they have been really bad or continuously get banned on that specific xbox then they will get a hardware ban, meaning they will need to purchase another xbox.

if they are creating new accounts to bypass a temp ban then yes they are breaking the rules.
