Can we please get a better answer to what's going on?

Well, I think that they are basing this around the American work and school day. Just came back around 2 hours ago and saw my friends playing. They still are!!! Whilst i'm stuck, waiting for xbox to fix a problem that they can't admit that they don't know
the answer to. I'm expecting something for xbox for our patience. Very displeased!!!!

Yes indeed some more info would be nice, but ihave rather they use every man available working on the issue than replying to us....

We cant sign in to xboxlive on xbox one. They are aware of the problem and are working to fix it. What more do you people need to know?

Have you ever considered, that they are still searching for the cause of the outage and may not be able to give out more information on the issue?!

It's not like a scheduled and regular service outage, where you may be able to calculate an ETA.

So you should maybe put some trust in them and believe that they are really working hard on the issue to bring the service back online ASAP.

Yea I'm with you on that. Unfortunately it looks like its a common problem if they would just explain exactly what the issue was i might be inclined to cut them some slack.
