Can we please get a better answer to what's going on?

Rather than this b/s statement:

Please give your community a better answer than that, especially since its been down for a while now.

One, it would show you actually care, and two, it helps to put people at peace when they know whats the cause of a problem.

Kinect sends multiple (duplicate) digits to my Verizon box when changing channels.

Yea it would be great if I could get to play this console I spent 500 dollars on sometime today wouldn't it.

 

I bought a xbox one today, Installed and plugged it in, connected to the internet using wifi, proceed to download an update but it says There is a problem with this update. You need this update to run your console.

Contacted their twitter support for about 4 times and still not an answer, whilist they answer other people.... Very unstatisfied.

 

Mine says i need internet connection when i test its fine huh not the best 370 pound i ever spent

 

Yea I'm with you on that. Unfortunately it looks like its a common problem if they would just explain exactly what the issue was i might be inclined to cut them some slack.

 

Are you *** kidding me Microsoft? Xbox Live is down again few weeks after friends list and party issues. And the same *** generic answer that is never updated. Did you recently employ some *** spastic who urinates over the equipment?

 

Destiny and the xbox one. No support on either on them, feels like a trade in is very close for a PS4

 

Is anyone else sitting on the xbox live service status page slamming the refresh or is that just me?

 

Have you ever considered, that they are still searching for the cause of the outage and may not be able to give out more information on the issue?!

It's not like a scheduled and regular service outage, where you may be able to calculate an ETA.

So you should maybe put some trust in them and believe that they are really working hard on the issue to bring the service back online ASAP.

 

If the uncertainty of connecting to xbox live wasn't an almost daily issue i might agree with you

 

We cant sign in to xboxlive on xbox one. They are aware of the problem and are working to fix it. What more do you people need to know?
