Can we get an estimated time

Discus and support Can we get an estimated time in XBoX on Consoles to solve the problem; I would just like to have a time estimate on how long xbl will be down.     Hey there AeriBouS Can we get an estimated time :)

    There isn't really an ETA that they can put on a fix. The best thing to do is to check the service alert page for updates every 30 minutes on the matter.

    Cloud I know your trying to help but the service page gives you nothing. I did like that it told me something was wrong so I didn't have to go through troubleshooting. I still had to goto the forums to make sure the issue people are having is a packet loss
    issue. Also I would like to point out when 360 came out there was a 27 hour crash of xbl and ms said they'd have it sorted out in 48hrs. They did it in 27hrs. So don't tell me you can't estimate time on a server fix because you can. I would be more honest
    to say your unwilling.

    Can I just point out that I don't work for Microsoft or Xbox. I am a volunteer helper as are many other users around here. We have no more access to information then you do yourself. The best thing to do is to just wait it out. The latest update on the alert
    page says they are closer to resolution which is promising.
