Can we get an actual way to contact the enforcement team?

So I was playing Rainbow Six Siege the other day and i noticed that everyone was over 500 pingMS the entire game.

It turns out that someone on the other team was DDOSing the servers, and it made the game completely unplayable for everyone. This is a massive problem across most competitive games on Xbox at the moment and it needs to be fixed.

The report system is completely useless. For example, I got comm banned after 30 seconds of calling someone stupid, but hackers never get any real consequences. I even called xbox support to try and get this person banned, and all he did was send me a link
on how to file a report on somebody.

Instead of having bots go through messages and gamer pictures, we should have real humans read the reports about people, and a real way to contact the enforcement team so they can be dealt with, this is because giving someone an "avoid me" status does nothing
for the community at all.

Something needs to be done about these cheaters, but I doubt anything ever will as long as we have bots doing a human's job.

But that's the problem, the report system DOESN'T work. All it does is give you a status of "needs work" or "avoid me". And blocking doesnt help when they have multiple accounts.

It is done through live. They pull your IP through messages and joining their party. If you even open their message they get your IP, so they can enforce it.

They cant only suspend them, I know for a fact that the enforcement team can ban consoles and accounts. I just dont get why they choose to do nothing while this happens. I get they cant prevent the attacks themselves, but they cant at least get rid of
the people doing it.

Since it's not done through Live, the enforcement team can't see it, so they can't enforce it.

So you're saying that it isnt against the code of conduct to DDOS? Cause I'm pretty sure it is. And they could at least ban the account of the person doing it rather than giving them a status that does nothing. It's a rampant problem that has been happening
since 2012 and it needs to be stopped.
