Can we get an accurate reason of suspension?

I am currently suspended from xbox live for harassing another member, however I have no knowledge that I have done so. There is nobody else that plays on my account. When I submitted a case review I was denied and basically told that you did harass somebody
without being told who or how I harassed a person. Basically I fell xbox should tell us what we did was wrong and point it out so we never do it again. Otherwise we get this feeling we did nothing wrong like I do now. If i did do nothing wrong too I would
also like my account back as well. hopefully and xbox enforcement team member will find this and have a discussion with me.

to the so called xbox ambassador - my console has been banned

Its an incredibly funny and plainly ignorant 'thing' that you, as a so-called 'ambassador' for XBOX, should feel it correct that XBOX are that accurate in banning those of us who are asking for a reason why we have been banned, when you have no clear understanding
of the facts or movements of any of us complaining within this blog! Do you honestly think we would waste our time trying to get an understanding of the ban if we knew the reason - are those you researched on 'google' the same people complaining here ? Highly
unlikely! You should be BANNED as an ambassador or is this the true XBOX customer service!!!

I have seen the reason why but would like more details as the charge does not seem accurate? where can i find out specifics???

You do realize that it's a privacy violation right?

Just communicate better it's not rocket science

Nor will they repeat offending msgs as they also have to follow the same rules

Why don't you use common sense like 99.9% of live and other online players who never have enforcement issues regardless of service

You must be rated e for everyone and don't spam people it's That simple
