That would be something you need to direct to Respawn as they are the Developers of the game...however, as of September last year, it seems there are no current plans for it. Here's an article on it:

Regarding "Many love the game and it would fix the issue", releasing a new game doesn't mean that it won't suffer from the same issues or worse.....as an example, Forza Horizon 5 released with a lot of issues that were present in the previous game as well as new major network issues.

My understanding is most of the issues stem from hacker etc...if they have done that to 1 and 2 then the chances are high TF3 would suffer the same fate

the reason the game freezes online is due to hackers taking over the code nearly a year ago, this affected all platforms, modders have just released a fix for the pc version and now we can all play, EA just have not bothered to do a proper fix even though the hackers have now released the game.

you will most likely not see a titanfall 3.

the hackers released the game from their grip, but EA refuse to do anything, modders fixed it on PC, besides Titanfall 1 is now officially dead and has been removed from sale and ea play (or will be very very soon).

It is one of the issues. I can play downloaded games myself, but every time I try to play and disc game it freezes. I began thinking it was my disc reader. But it is an issue many are having and it is being worked on. We apologize for any inconvenience and
