can use xbox live but not play online games on xbox one

I would like more information about my situation as customer services have no information about my console and situation.

1)why trying to join online gaming im shown a message 'because of your past activity you are unable to play online and find something else to do'

2)enforcement states no bans on my tag and gamer reputation is good

3)im able to use xbox live and to download items

4)there is 3 gamer-tags on the xbox one and all receive these unable to play online message

5)none of these other tags have active suspensions but one has avoid me rep due to false feedback abuse from players who don't like getting beat on games and left false voice coms feedback which they boasted they would ruin my reputation and to go check
it while abusing others online which i helpfully reported myself.

6)i can use online gaming on this tag on xbox 360 fully

7) i had a old gamertag that i believe was hijacked and used but this tag was the first one i used when i got my xbox and that is now suspended due to i presume the illegal uses behaving badly,but is that possibly having a effect on my xbox one as my console
serial was linked to that old microsoft account.

Now as the online enforcement page and all articles dont give any info about my console or situation i really need to know if this is a temporary multiplayer suspension as i have had no email or info on my enforcement page and only have that on screen message
and clearly can use xbox live on xbox one and play online on 360.

So as customer services are unsure what's happening there must be someone who does and if this is a temporary thing and why the other gamer tags get the same information as the console clearly is not banned.

Please can you clarify what's happening and why,if its a fault,if its temporary and how long and that the gamer tags involved can play online on another xbox one.

I have spent much money on games and accessories recently and cant afford to have a unusable console and buy another just to enjoy playing with friends again. Im partially disabled and suffer from mental infirmities and this whole situation is causing me
great anxieties and affecting my health. As im unsure what's really happening and why its continuing to affect my health and mental state and even more so now that customer services have no information or why its happening.

Please can you resolve this situation and clarify on my questions and worries.

Won't allow me to play Online after purchasing 1-Year XBOX Live Gold Subscription

I've purchased a 1-year subsricption for Xbox Live Gold for my Xbox One. But i could not play online games (roblox) or use online features of any game (like Garden Warfare 2). Can you help me please. thanks

 

Xbox one can't connect to 360 servers

My xbox one can connect to all xbox one servers, but if i try to play a 360 game on my xbox one, it wont connect to online. I can still use xbox one party chat and messaging but can't play the 360 game online. PLZ HELP.

 

Please can someone reply to this post as I just want to know if I have a temporary ban or there's a genuine mistake as all say you cantgo on xbox live if you have a console ban. Please help
