    My brother is moving to American Samoa next week and we live in Utah, USA. He’ll be taking his xbox and were wondering if we will be able to play online together? Would we have any problems and is there anything we can do to help resolve problems if there
    are any?

    Yes. Some games do have local server though that try to pair with people close to you.
