    Can unscratched xbox live $ cards be returned?


    I bought $125 in microsoft credit and found out after redeeming $75 that I can't use them to buy xbl gold. I have $50 left in unscratched cards. Are they usually returnable?

    i want to install my scratched disk but it wont let me.

    If you can borrow an unscratched copy to install from, then you will be fine with the scratched one after.

    Depends on the store, some would but i bet most won`t.

    Not sure.

    You could try the miss selling angle, tell them you were told you could buy gold with them, but you can`t.

    They may offer you an exchange instead of a refund.
