Thanks for reaching out to us. I would suggest visiting our website for Microsoft Rewards. There you would be able to earn points then use said points to get an Xbox Live Gold or Xbox Game Pass code.

Each account has different offers aside from Game Pass and Xbox Live if you would like to view other rewards. It will ask you to verify the account with an active 10 digital US number. There was an on-going issue with new accounts though. I would contact

Microsoft
Rewards Customer Support if you have any issues redeeming the code. Complete the form for
Microsoft
Rewards Support
and a member of the support team will contact you within 24 hours.

If you or your family have multiple Microsoft accounts, make sure you're signed into the correct account that you
want to apply the code to. Then enter the 25-character code, select Next,
and follow the instructions on the screen.

For rewards, they have a "Daily Set", and point breakdowns to help you earn rewards quickly. Xbox Live is normally around 6,500-6,800 points. Again, it depends on the account itself.
